Registration of Five New Medicines in Sudan

Orchidia Pharmaceutical Industries obtained the approval of Sudan Ministry of Health to register five of the company's eye drops, as the company obtained the pricing certificates of the 5 products in accordance with the regulations adopted in Sudan.

The five Eye Drops are:

1. Conjyclear (Olopatadine Hydrochloride 1.11 mg), Anti-Allergic Eye Drop.

2. Orchazid (Ketotifen Fumarate 0.345 mg), Anti-Allergic Eye Drop.

3. Ozolmide (Dorzolamide Hydrochloride 20 mg), Anti-Glaucoma Eye Drop.

4. Twinzol (Dorzolamide Hydrochloride 22.26 mg), Anti-Glaucoma Eye Drop.

5. Gatistar (Gatifloxacin 5 mg), Antibiotic Eye Drop.

It should be noted that the company has registered in Sudan three products classified as Medical Devices, and these are:

1. Perfect Care, Contact-Lens Solution.

2. Tears Guard, Artificial Tears, and Eye Lubricant.

3. Poly-fresh, Artificial Tears, and Eye Lubricant.

The company plans to introduce the eight products in the Sudanese market by the beginning of 2018.
