Unicyclomide:

Sterile Preservative free ophthalmic solution.

Composition:

Each 1 ml of Unicyclomide contains

Active: Tropicamide 10 mg

Inactive:

 Boric acid, Disodium editate, sodium hydrochloride, hydrochloride acid / sodium hydroxide to adjust PH & water for injection.

Indication:

Mydriatic & cycloplegic eye drops

Dosage:

Adults (include the elderly)

1drop followed by a second drop after an interval of S minutes. A further 1drop may be instilled after 30 minutes, if required.

Children:

As the discretion of the physician.
